Matrimony

“Husbands, love your wives as Christ loved the Church” (Ef 5:25). 

Jesus reminds us that God made matrimony (Mk 10:6-9) and blessed this union from the beginning (Gen 1:27).

In Christ, the sacrament of Matrimony gives the couple His blessings to enable husband and wife to reflect His love for the Church and to live a faithful and lifetime relationship as they help each other and their children to grow in holiness and true happiness (the domestic church).
